Brand & Color
Discuss body color, graphics, dealer logo, badges and selected packaging. Supply approved artwork, color references, dimensions and placement.
Turn your market, route and brand requirements into a written configuration that can be quoted, approved, inspected and supported.

Define passenger or cargo use, seating direction, material, color, entry needs and the layout approved for the base model.
Describe route, load, terrain, operating hours, charging windows and local power supply before comparing system options.
Record surface, slope, clearance, ride and tire requirements. Confirm the complete matched configuration rather than selecting tires alone.
List windshield, enclosure, mirrors, lighting and other electrical or working accessories, including the intended use of each item.
For cargo projects, define the load basis, largest item, loading method, tie-down needs and body arrangement to be reviewed.
A useful OEM request explains the job before listing components. This makes quotations easier to compare and helps expose conflicts between payload, route, charging, accessories and packaging before approval.

A chat message or inspiration photo can start the discussion, but it should not be the only production reference. For the full decision sequence, use the 12-point golf cart OEM customization checklist.
Custom work is only complete when another person can verify what was ordered. Add custom checkpoints to the pre-shipment inspection plan, identify removable or loose accessories in the container loading and packing plan, and use the delivery inspection and claim checklist to reconcile the shipment after arrival.
Battery, charger, controller, motor, gearing, tires and electrical accessories interact. Review them as a system for the buyer's duty profile. Confirm road-use classification, labels and documents for the exact destination and intended use; visual accessories alone do not establish local road legality.
Option availability, minimum order requirements, price and production timing depend on the selected model and customization depth. Treat only the final written quotation, approved specification and contract as the commercial commitment.
